The Trojan 4U Road-case is a high quality and lightweight rack case designed for professional use, to safely and securely transport your equipment from one destination to another. The Trojan Road-case range has been specifically designed to be highly durable to survive the hardships of the road, all while keeping your equipment protected and fully functional. The design of the Trojan Road-case range has been continually refined and designed to the highest specification.
The 4U case is constructed from 9mm plywood with an attractive black phenolic surface. The corners of the case are protected by chrome-plated steel balls that are secured to the cabinet in six different places. This high-quality design means the Trojan 4U Road-case can deliver unprecedented durability qualities and keep any of your equipment safe and working while out on the road.
The Trojan 4U Road-case features recessed butterfly catches that are comprised of industrial-strength materials and are mounted to the cases with ten rivets to ensure they can stand the abuses of the road whiling staying attached and functioning. The catches are quick release and fully retractable to minimise any hassle or frustration while you are trying to remove the covers and lids once you've arrived at the venue. The Trojan 2U Road-case is ready for all-weather and location conditions.The lids of the case include lips that form tight seals against moisture and debris/dust once compressed and closed. The 4U Road-case features 4x draw bolts with tension springs to ensure the lid is shut as tight as possible. The Trojan 4U Road-case case features rack strips at both ends, to allow you a choice as to which end you decide to mount your rack equipment, an advantage over other rack equipment cases that only allow you one dedicated side to fit any equipment.
The unit comes included with equipment rack-mounting hardware and features a 2x retractable handles. Lastly, the 4U Road-case features rubber feet on 1x lid and on the bottom of the unit for increased grip once placed down.
